Will the cannon fit my pressure washer?
Choose your connector at checkout — Karcher (K2–K7), Nilfisk/Stihl/Bosch, or Lavor/Parkside/Patriot/Daewoo. Ships ready to connect. If you're unsure, email a photo to support@getdrivora.com and we'll confirm within one business day.
Should I get the Pro Kit or just the MK2 cannon?
Pro Kit if you're starting fresh — it includes the cannon, stubby gun, five spray nozzles, and your connector. MK2 if you already own a stubby or quick-connect trigger gun and just need the cannon.
How thick is the foam?
Dense enough to dwell on vertical panels for 60–90 seconds at standard residential pressures (1.2k–2k PSI), assuming a quality dilution-rated soap.
What soap do you recommend?
Any pH-neutral, dilution-rated foam wash. Avoid traffic-film removers and degreasers in the foam cannon — they're for pre-treatment with a sprayer, not foam dwell.
Why brass internals?
Brass resists corrosion from soap chemistry better than plastic, machines to tighter tolerances, and keeps foam consistency stable over years of use.

How long does shipping take?
Free shipping on orders over $50 — 7–10 business days.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet — DRIVORA ships within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is on the roadmap for 2026.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped. Email support@getdrivora.com with your order number and the new address.

Can I return a product I've used?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, as long as components are intact. Rinse the cannon and empty the bottle before shipping back.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving the return. Bank processing typically adds another 3–5 days.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every DRIVORA tool carries a 2-year limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Warranty replacements ship free both ways.

How do I store the cannon between washes?
Rinse with clean water, empty the bottle, dry the orifice area and store the cannon vertically away from direct sunlight. The included spare gasket pack lasts most owners several years.
Can I replace the gaskets?
Yes — every Pro Kit ships with spare silicone gaskets. Replacement packs are available through support if you ever need more.
What if I'm missing a part from my order?
Email support@getdrivora.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We ship the missing part the same day, no return required.
