DRIVORA – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At DRIVORA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a clear and fair shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days after your order has been delivered.
Return requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, inserts, parts, and included components must be returned
• Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. How to Request a Return

Please include the following information:
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Returns must be approved by DRIVORA before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and any required details for shipping the item back to us.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for unwanted items, incorrect items ordered by the customer, or change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used or installed items
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, negligence, or normal wear and tear
• Items not returned in their original packaging
• Items missing accessories, parts, manuals, or inserts
• Opened or used cleaning liquids, chemicals, or consumable products, unless defective
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized items, if applicable
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
10. Abuse of Return Policy
We monitor return activity to protect our customers and our business from fraudulent or abusive claims.
DRIVORA reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future orders in cases involving false damage claims, excessive returns, policy abuse, or suspected fraud.
11. European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, parts, and proof of purchase.
