Do I need PTFE tape?

No. Brass-to-brass contact with seated seals is enough. PTFE tape can actually cause leaks on these fittings.

What's the maximum pressure?

Built for residential pressure washers. Typical home machines run 1.2k–2k PSI — well within design limits.
