30-day return window
If a DRIVORA product isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. No restocking fee, no questions about why.

Condition
We accept returns on used products as long as components are intact. Foam cannons should be rinsed and bottles emptied before shipping back. Connectors and nozzles must be included.
How to start a return
Email support@getdrivora.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid USPS or UPS return label within one business day.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Bank processing usually adds another 3–5 days to the original payment method.
Warranty (2-year limited)
All DRIVORA tools carry a 2-year limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Warranty replacements ship free both ways. We don't require photo arbitration for clear defects — describe what failed and we send a replacement.
