Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and all included accessories/components.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all accessories and components included. Used, installed, incomplete, or customer-damaged items are not returnable. Opened or used liquids and consumables are not eligible unless defective.

Email support@getdrivora.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Bank processing usually adds another 3–5 days to the original payment method.

All DRIVORA tools carry a 2-year limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Warranty replacements ship free both ways. We don't require photo arbitration for clear defects — describe what failed and we send a replacement.
