Orders are packed and handed to the carrier on business days.
Delivery options
Free shipping on orders over $50 — 7–10 business days.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your label is generated. If a package is delayed beyond the carrier estimate, contact support@getdrivora.com and we'll investigate the same day.
Damaged in transit
Inspect your package on arrival. If anything is damaged, take a clear photo and email support within 7 days — we'll replace the item at no cost and file the carrier claim on our end.
